BPB Financial Services Private Limited (Loan4Bank) is a private limited fintech company incorporated on 30 June 2018 (CIN U67190RJ2018PTC061624). We operate a multi-tenant financial services platform that distributes loans, insurance, investments, credit cards, BBPS, UPI and business services across India. We are ISO 27001-aligned and SOC 2-ready.
Board of Directors
The Board consists of six directors — three executive, one non-executive, and two independent directors — with a combined 90+ years of experience in banking, fintech, risk and technology. Board composition, committees and remuneration policy are disclosed in the Annual Report.
