What is the Credit Health Report?
The Credit Health Report is a consolidated view of your credit-bureau score (CIBIL TransUnion / Experian / CRIF High Mark / Equifax), your active loans and cards, payment history and enquiry pattern. It is fetched at your request via a soft-pull (which does NOT affect your credit score).
How we fetch it
With your one-time consent, Loan4Bank sends an authentication request to the credit bureau (PAN + name + DOB + mobile OTP). The bureau responds with a report which we render in the app. The raw report is stored encrypted with AES-256 and access-restricted per RBI norms.
How you can use it
Use your report to: (a) understand which loans/cards you are pre-approved for, (b) spot suspicious enquiries or accounts, (c) dispute inaccurate records directly with the bureau via the report's dispute link.
Dispute resolution
If any account or enquiry on your report is incorrect, click 'Raise dispute' next to that entry — the request is forwarded to the credit bureau, which is required by RBI to resolve within 30 days. Loan4Bank tracks the resolution and notifies you when it closes.
Retention & opt-out
Reports are retained for 12 months to power your dashboard analytics. You can delete all reports and revoke bureau consent from Settings → Credit Health → Delete data. Once revoked, we will not fetch any new reports without a fresh consent from you.
