BBPS system
Loan4Bank offers bill payments via the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) operated by NPCI Bharat BillPay Ltd. under RBI licence. Payments across 200+ billers cover electricity, gas, water, DTH, mobile, broadband, FASTag, insurance premium and loan EMI.
Success timelines
Bill payments are typically credited to the biller in real-time. In case of exceptions, the credit takes place within T+2 working days per NPCI Bharat BillPay's SLA.
Charges
Convenience charges (if any) are displayed on the confirmation screen before you submit the payment. Loan4Bank does not levy any additional processing fee beyond what the biller / payment mode charges.
Failed transactions & refunds
In case of a failed bill payment where the amount is debited but not credited to the biller, an automatic reversal is initiated. Refund SLA is T+3 working days for wallet/UPI mode and T+5 working days for card mode. If the refund is delayed, raise a dispute via the app or write to grievance@loan4bank.com.
Limits & liability
Per-transaction limits and cumulative daily limits apply per RBI directions and biller rules. Loan4Bank's liability is limited to the transaction amount and does not extend to consequential losses (e.g. service disconnection).
