Is Loan4Bank a bank or NBFC?

Loan4Bank is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and technology platform operated by Bhuraro Fintech Private Limited. Loans are disbursed by RBI-regulated bank and NBFC partners after their independent credit assessment.

Does Loan4Bank charge any upfront fees?

No. Loan4Bank never asks for upfront processing fees. All bank / NBFC fees are disclosed transparently on the offer sheet before you accept the loan.

How is my data protected?

All customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We comply with the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines 2022 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I file a grievance?

Terms & Conditions

Interest-free credit period of up to 50 days on retail purchases when the previous statement is paid in full by the due date.
Finance charges up to 3.65% per month (43.8% p.a.) apply on revolving balances and cash advances from the day of transaction.
Minimum amount due is the higher of ₹200 or 5% of the total outstanding balance.
Late payment fee ranges from ₹100 to ₹1,300 based on the outstanding balance slab.
Foreign currency transactions attract a mark-up of 3.5% (waived on select premium cards).
Reward points earned expire on the anniversary of the card unless redeemed or automatically credited.

Exclusions & caveats

Rewards are NOT accrued on rental payments, fuel spends (unless expressly stated), wallet loads, EMIs, cash advances or utility bills above ₹50,000/month.
Cashback on Amazon / partner brands may be capped monthly — refer to the individual product T&Cs.
Lounge access is subject to Priority Pass / DreamFolks program availability and per-quarter usage limits.
Insurance covers advertised are complimentary group cover; the issuer reserves the right to withdraw them with 30-day notice.
Complimentary golf, spa and hotel privileges may require pre-booking through the concierge desk.
