Is Loan4Bank a bank or NBFC?

Loan4Bank is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and technology platform operated by Bhuraro Fintech Private Limited. Loans are disbursed by RBI-regulated bank and NBFC partners after their independent credit assessment.

Does Loan4Bank charge any upfront fees?

No. Loan4Bank never asks for upfront processing fees. All bank / NBFC fees are disclosed transparently on the offer sheet before you accept the loan.

How is my data protected?

All customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We comply with the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines 2022 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I file a grievance?

Contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@loan4bank.com or +91-89496-31537 (10am–6pm IST, Mon–Sat). Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the RBI Ombudsman via cms.rbi.org.in.

Trigger a digital 24K-gold gift for an employee or customer. Powered by L4B Labs + OroPocket — India's trusted digital-gold infrastructure. 0.25% platform fee + 18% GST on fee only, no setup costs, no per-seat fees. Perfect for HRMS, employee-engagement, loyalty and CRM systems.

Use case

Automate birthdays, work-anniversaries, festival campaigns and one-off rewards from your HR / loyalty platform. Returns a claim URL you deliver to the recipient over email / SMS / WhatsApp.

Authentication

All requests require the X-API-Key header. Sandbox and live keys share the same base URL — the platform routes based on the key prefix.
